SCREENSHOT Optional Release screenshot.
TEMPORARY VIDEO Optional. Used only so staff can transfer the Release to YouTube; never becomes an archive asset.
RELEASE INFORMATIONFill in what you know. Technical data is detected automatically.
SCENE SOURCESPaste links if available, then check them before previewing the submission.
SUBMISSION PREVIEWNothing is queued yet. Check this summary, go back and edit if necessary, then explicitly submit for review.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? WESTPOINT checks duplicates and technical details, then sends this package to SYSOP/CO-SYSOP review. A temporary video is never imported into the archive. Staff uploads it to YouTube and stores only the final YouTube link with the Release.
